Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers clean and traditionally styled rooms, although with some noise issues. The service is a mix of helpful and dismissive staff. The location is picturesque but can be noisy with rowdy children. The dining experience is of high quality but lacks consistency in seating arrangements. Overall, a place with potential for improvement but with some standout features.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were upgraded to a suite with incredible views, although the staff's living quarters were a bit noisy until midnight. The service was exceptional with friendly and helpful polyglot waiters, and the location was perfect for those seeking some peace and quiet with beautiful walking trails nearby. The dining experience was amazing with high-quality meals, and the facilities were top-notch.
I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm, in Selva Gardena, and found the rooms to have a distinct Italian Tyrol character. While not great, they had a cozy charm that suited the surroundings. The service was friendly and very helpful, especially in the restaurant, where the food was delicious, and the coffee bar and terrace were gorgeous. The hotel was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, and featured huge buffets. The location was ideal for skiing, opposite the Sella Massif and directly on the Sella Ronda route. The picturesque views and nearby walking trails added to the overall experience. The dining experience, although not special, offered good quality cold cuts, pastries, and beverages. The facilities were in good condition, allowing for a pleasant stay in the Dolomites.
My stay at the hotel was simply incredible! The suite I was upgraded to had the most breathtaking views, making it the perfect retreat after exploring the surrounding area. The rooms, while traditionally styled, were spacious and well-equipped, though the wifi was a bit slow. I do wish they had an outdoor heated pool to add to the experience.
I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-designed rooms that truly lifted my spirits, offering a suite and a view. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate me, and the dining experience was delightful with a massive selection of delicious food. The location, while a bit out of the way, provided a tranquil atmosphere perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. However, it was further from Colfosco than expected. Overall, a luxurious property with excellent service and amenities.
The hotel is beautifully situated opposite the Sella Massif, making it an ideal spot for ski and outdoor enthusiasts. The rooms are spacious and charming, although some heating issues were a minor inconvenience. The service was exceptional, with friendly and efficient staff ensuring a delightful stay. The dining experience was a mix of highs and lows, with impressive selection but some hiccups in table arrangements. Overall, a memorable location with great service.
